Job Summary:This position is responsible for processing and maintenance of student academic records within the student information system (SIS), which includes but not limited to; evaluation and processing of admissions applications, program changes, grade changes, registration, release of information forms, residency determination and maintenance, and student type maintenance. In collaboration with the K-12 and Student Finance departments, process Dual Enrollment permission forms, including registration, and complete enrollment reporting utilizing the Argos reporting system. Lead the cross-departmental Identity Theft Committee, which includes the Director of Information Security and employees from Financial Aid, Student Finance, the Department of Public Safety, and the Registrar’s Office. This position is also responsible for admission application set-ups and maintenance within Banner, as well as running data integrity reports using Argos and UC4 reporting tools to audit student records for accuracy, fraud, or duplication of accounts. Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment.
